Briefing & specification review
You share your technical specification: material, construction, CE protection level, colour, hardware and brand requirements — or a reference garment. We confirm technical feasibility within 3–5 business days. Sampling does not start until the specification is fully agreed.
Material sourcing & costing
Once the specification is locked we confirm material availability and cost. Standard leathers and textiles are stocked on-site; custom materials are sourced with a confirmed lead time. You receive a formal costing sheet and production timeline.
Pattern making & pre-production sample
Our pattern makers develop the cut pattern to your spec. A pre-production sample is produced within 2–3 weeks and shipped to you or your QC agent. Corrections are incorporated until you issue written approval.
CE / UKCA certification preparation
For certified products we prepare the technical construction file and coordinate testing with an accredited Notified Body. Test reports and the Declaration of Conformity are issued under your brand and product reference number.
Bulk production
Production begins after written sample approval. Lead time is 4–6 weeks for orders under 500 units per style and 6–8 weeks for larger runs. The factory runs two shifts; every stage from cutting to final pack is in-house.
Quality inspection & packing
Incoming leather and fabric is checked for weight, stretch and abrasion resistance. Cut panels are inspected before stitching; assembled garments pass stitch, seam-strength and visual inspection before packing to your brand specification.
Shipping & documentation
Sea freight, air freight or express courier on EXW, FOB or CIF terms. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and CE documents accompany every shipment. We can recommend established freight partners.
Manufacturing capabilities.
Materials
- Leather: full-grain cowhide 1.2–1.4 mm for CE AA/AAA garments, split cowhide 1.0–1.2 mm for vests and lifestyle pieces, goatskin and sheep leather for lighter, supple constructions. Chrome-tanned, REACH-compliant, sourced from Punjab tanneries and tested per batch.
- Textiles: Cordura 500D and 600D, softshell, Schoeller and stretch fabrics, mesh, waterproof and thermal liners.
- Gloves: leather, Amara and textile constructions with knuckle and palm protection.
Protection and certification
We do not issue CE or UKCA certificates for finished garments — no factory can. Our raw materials and construction meet EN 17092 and EN 13594 requirements, and we fit CE-approved Level 1 and Level 2 protectors. The certificate is obtained by your brand from a Notified Body; we supply the technical construction file, batch material test reports and test samples that make that possible.

- CE-approved impact armour at shoulder, elbow, back, knee and hip, with pockets sized to your specified armour brand.

Private label and finishing
- Your woven labels, printed care labels, hangtags, polybags and outer cartons. No AJSAMCO branding on any outgoing product.
- Custom colourways, embroidery, patch panels, reflective trims and hardware to your specification.
- Multi-stage quality control from raw material inspection to final pack — units that fail are reworked, never shipped.

Our clients are private-label brands, motorcycle clubs, distributors and retailers in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Canada and Australia. Pakistan's GSP+ status gives EU and UK importers preferential import duties on Pakistani-made leather goods — a landed-cost advantage over Chinese alternatives for European brands.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you manufacture for small brands and start-ups?
Yes. Most of our clients started with a single style. Typical MOQ is 50–100 units per style for jackets, suits, gloves and pants, and MC club vest programs can start lower. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order.
Can you manufacture my own design?
Yes. Send a tech pack, a sketch with measurements, or a reference garment. Our pattern makers develop the production pattern, we confirm materials and costing, and you receive a pre-production sample within 2–3 weeks of specification lock.
Who holds the CE certificate — you or my brand?
Your brand. We manufacture to EN 17092 (jackets, suits, pants) and EN 13594 (gloves), prepare the technical construction file and supply test samples. The Notified Body issues the CE mark and the Declaration of Conformity is issued in your brand name.
What are your lead times?
Pre-production samples: 2–3 weeks. Bulk production: 4–6 weeks for orders under 500 units per style, 6–8 weeks for larger runs. Air freight adds 3–6 business days to the UK, EU or USA; sea freight 25–40 days.
Do you subcontract any part of production?
No. Cutting, stitching, armour insertion, finishing, quality inspection and packing are all carried out in-house at our facility in Sambrial, Sialkot. No split production, no trading-house layer.
What shipping terms and documents do you provide?
EXW, FOB and CIF terms are available. Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and — for certified products — the CE test reports and Declaration of Conformity.
