AJSAMCO Industries manufactures motorcycle jackets across three material families — full-grain and split-grain leather, 500D and 600D Cordura, and ventilated textile — at all three CE protection levels defined under EN 17092. Every jacket is produced to a confirmed technical specification, with CE certification managed end-to-end by our team.
We do not produce catalogue items. Every jacket we make is built to your brand's specification: your colorway, your panel design, your hardware, your CE level. If you have a reference sample you want replicated, we deconstruct it, develop the pattern, and produce a pre-production sample for your approval before bulk production begins.
Full-grain leather at 1.0–1.4mm thickness is our primary material for CE Level AA and AAA jackets. Full-grain hides retain the natural surface of the hide, providing the highest tensile strength and abrasion resistance available in leather motorcycle jackets. We source from Sialkot's established leather tannery supply chain, with hides inspected for weight, surface quality, and abrasion resistance before entering production.
Full-grain leather jackets are appropriate for brands targeting the touring, sport, and premium casual segments. They age well, develop character, and hold a price premium in the market that is difficult to achieve with synthetic alternatives.
Split-grain leather provides a more economical entry into leather motorcycle jackets at Level A and Level AA. It is the underside of the hide after the top grain is separated — lighter, more consistent in surface texture, and lower cost than full-grain. It still meets CE abrasion resistance requirements at Level A and most Level AA constructions. Nappa (soft-grain) leather is available for fashion-forward jacket designs where drape and touch are priorities.
Cordura nylon is the dominant fabric in mid-market touring and adventure motorcycle jackets. We produce in 500D Cordura (lighter, better airflow) and 600D Cordura (heavier weave, higher abrasion resistance). Both are available with CE Level A and AA certification. Cordura jackets can be produced with removable waterproof liners, removable thermal liners, and stretch panel integration at waist, back, and underarm positions.
Cordura Cordura-based jackets are the most popular starting point for brands entering the motorcycle apparel market. They are versatile, competitively priced, and accepted across most riding styles and markets.
Mesh and ventilated textile jackets are produced for warm-weather and summer riding. These use open-weave mesh panels at chest and back positions with solid-fabric panels at CE armor zones. CE Level A certification is achievable in most mesh constructions. These jackets are most in demand from brands targeting the USA, Australian, and Southern European markets.

We produce motorcycle jackets at CE Level A (EN 17092-3), Level AA (EN 17092-2), and Level AAA (EN 17092-1). The level is confirmed at specification stage. CE certification, including testing by an accredited notified body, is managed by our team. UKCA certification for the UK market is also available at all protection levels.
MOQ depends on the jacket specification and material. For CE-ready Cordura jackets, MOQ is typically 50–100 units per style. For leather jackets requiring CE testing, MOQ may be higher due to the test sample requirements. We discuss MOQ as part of the briefing process once we have your specification.
Yes. This is the most common starting point for new brands. The process takes approximately 3–4 weeks from receipt of the reference sample.
Yes. We produce women's-specific motorcycle jackets with gender-specific patterns, shorter torso lengths, adjusted armor positioning, and waist shaping. CE certification applies to women's jackets at the same protection levels as men's. Most of our brand clients produce both men's and women's styles within the same production run.
