AJSAMCO Industries was founded in 2013 in Sambrial, Sialkot — the city that supplies the world's leather motorcycle gear. Cutting, stitching, armour insertion, finishing, quality inspection and packing all happen under one roof, with no subcontracting.

We prepare the full technical construction file for EN 17092 and EN 13594, so your brand can obtain CE or UKCA certification with its own name on the Declaration of Conformity.

What does AJSAMCO Industries manufacture?

CE-ready motorcycle jackets, one-piece and two-piece suits, club vests, gloves and pants in cowhide, goatskin, sheep leather and textile, plus sublimated motocross jerseys — all produced in-house in Sialkot, Pakistan, under your private label.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Typically 50–100 units per style for jackets, suits, gloves and pants. MC club vest programs can start lower. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order.

Are your products CE certified?

We do not certify finished garments ourselves — no manufacturer can. Our materials and construction meet EN 17092 (jackets, suits, pants — Level A, AA and AAA) and EN 13594 (gloves — Level 1 and 2) requirements, and we fit CE-approved Level 1 and Level 2 protectors. Your brand obtains the CE or UKCA mark through a Notified Body; we supply the technical construction file and test samples to get you there.

Do you offer samples before bulk production?

Yes. A pre-production sample is produced within 2–3 weeks of specification lock so you can verify fit, materials and construction before approving bulk production.

How long does manufacturing take?

Bulk production takes 4–6 weeks for orders under 500 units per style and 6–8 weeks for larger runs. Air freight adds 3–6 business days; sea freight 25–40 days.

Can you manufacture my own design under my brand?

Yes. Send a tech pack, sketch or reference garment. We develop the pattern, produce the sample and ship with your woven labels, hangtags and packaging — no AJSAMCO branding on any outgoing product.
