All pants include CE-rated armor pockets at knee and hip positions as standard, with removable CE Level 1 or Level 2 armor supplied. Waterproof liner options, stretch panels, and zip-to-join compatibility with matching jackets are available across most styles.
Motorcycle pants are typically sold as part of a matching set with a jacket or suit, or as standalone products. Most of our brand clients produce matching pants and jackets in the same colorway, with the same hardware specification, so buyers can wear them as a coordinated two-piece outfit. We produce pants to match any jacket specification.
Cordura pants are the most popular style in our production. Available in 500D and 600D Cordura nylon, they offer a versatile combination of durability, comfort, and reasonable price point that works across most riding styles and markets. Cordura pants at CE Level A are appropriate for everyday urban use. Level AA Cordura pants — requiring heavier-duty fabric and extended CE armor coverage — are appropriate for touring and sport use.
Standard Cordura pant features: CE armor pockets at knee (inside pocket, Level 1 CE armor included) and hip (dedicated pocket with zip or velcro closure, Level 1 CE armor included); removable waterproof liner (TPU or bonded membrane) on request; removable thermal liner on request; stretch insert panels at knee and crotch for riding position comfort; adjustable waist via internal elastication or external waistband; zip-to-join attachment on waistband for connection to matching jacket.
Style options: straight-cut touring pants (most popular for UK and European markets), slim-fit adventure pants (popular for USA and Australian markets), and cargo-style pants with additional external pockets (popular for adventure touring segment).
Leather pants are primarily produced for the racing and performance segment, as the under-pant to a leather jacket (forming a two-piece suit), or as a standalone product for the cruiser and café racer market. Leather pants are available at CE Level A (split-grain leather) and Level AA (full-grain leather at 1.0–1.2mm).
Leather pant features: CE armor pockets at knee and hip; pre-curved leg pattern for riding position; internal stretch panel at knee for articulation; side zip at ankle for boot entry; optional zip-to-join waistband for connection to matching jacket. Leather pants are more restricted in fit modification than Cordura pants — accurate sizing at order stage is important, and we produce a sample for fitting before bulk production on leather pants.
For brands targeting the UK, Scandinavian, and Northern European markets, waterproof pants are a commercial priority. Our waterproof Cordura pants use a bonded TPU membrane or removable waterproof liner sock design. The bonded membrane provides a seamless waterproof pant that breathes at a standard textile rate. The liner sock design allows the rider to remove the waterproof element in hot weather, extending the pants' seasonal range.
Both systems are compatible with CE Level A and AA certification. Sealed seams (critically-taped seams at crotch and knee) are available on the bonded membrane style for full waterproof performance at critical points.
Our zip-to-join system connects matching pants to any jacket in our range via a compatible waistband attachment. The system uses a 360-degree zip (front and back, meeting at each side seam) that connects to a corresponding zip on the jacket's lower hem. When connected, the system prevents the jacket from riding up in a crash event, extending coverage to the lumbar and kidney areas.
Zip-to-join compatibility is specified at the design stage. If you are ordering matching pants and jacket, we produce both with a compatible zip specification. If you are ordering pants to match a jacket you already produce elsewhere, we can design a compatible attachment on the pants provided we have the jacket's waistband specification.
Yes. All our CE-ready motorcycle pants include CE Level 1 armor at knee and hip positions as standard. Level 2 armor at knee and hip is available on upgrade specifications. The armor is removable — riders can remove it for laundering or replacement. Armor is CE-ready independently under EN 1621-1 (knee/hip) and is sourced from our approved armor suppliers.
Yes. We produce matching pants to coordinate with jackets produced by AJSAMCO or by another manufacturer. For matching color and material, we need a physical sample of the jacket fabric or a material specification. For zip-to-join compatibility, we need the waistband specification of the existing jacket. Allow 3–4 weeks for pattern development and pre-production sample on matching pants.
Yes. Waterproof Cordura pants with bonded TPU membrane or removable waterproof liner are available at CE Level A and CE Level AA. CE Level AA requires a heavier Cordura construction and more extensive armor coverage than Level A. The waterproof membrane does not affect the CE protection level of the pants — the abrasion resistance and armor requirements of EN 17092-2 still apply.
Yes. CE-ready motorcycle shorts (ending above the knee) are available in mesh textile and Cordura. These are popular for the USA, Australian, and Southern European markets. Shorts can be produced at CE Level A. CE armor is positioned at the knee and hip in a compact format suited to the shorter garment length. Shorts are typically sold with a compatible jacket as a summer set.
