AJSAMCO produces motorcycle suits for brands targeting both the performance racing segment and the road-touring segment. Our one-piece suits are built to CE Level AAA — the highest protection rating under EN 17092-1 — and our two-piece touring suits are available at CE Level AA and AAA. Both styles are manufactured in-house at our Sialkot facility with no subcontracting.
Motorcycle suits require more complex construction than jackets: pre-curved arms and legs, articulated knees, hump options, stretch panels at key movement zones, and zip-to-join mechanisms on two-piece systems. Our pattern team specialises in suit construction and has produced suits for brands across Europe, the USA, and Australia.
Our one-piece racing suits are constructed in full-grain cowhide leather at 1.2–1.4mm thickness, with goatskin or sheep leather panels available where a lighter, more supple hand is wanted. The suit is produced to CE Level AAA under EN 17092-1, the specification required for FIM-sanctioned circuit racing and most track-day programs.
Construction features include: pre-curved arm and leg patterns for riding position fit, external CE Level 2 back protector hump available, CE Level 1 and 2 armor at shoulder, elbow, knee, and hip, Superfabric or equivalent external abrasion reinforcement at elbow and shoulder contact zones, and a main front zip with double storm flap. Mesh interior lining with perforations in key zones is standard for ventilation.
Custom features available: brand embroidery at chest and back, printed internal lining, custom colorway via leather dye or panel mix, aerodynamic hump with optional race-spec back protector, and full size run development from XS to 3XL.
Our two-piece suits combine a touring jacket with matching pants, connected via a 360-degree zip-to-join system. This allows riders to wear jacket and pants separately or connected as a full suit. Two-piece suits are available in leather at CE Level AA and AAA, and in Cordura at CE Level A and AA.
The zip-to-join system is produced to our specification: 180-degree zip front and rear, compatible with a 10cm bridge panel that prevents the zip from separating during a crash. The jacket and pants share the same colorway and paneling, giving the visual effect of a one-piece suit when worn connected.
Touring suits are the most commercially versatile product in the motorcycle apparel category. They sell well in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, and Scandinavian markets where mixed-condition riding is the norm. The ability to remove the thermal liner and wear the suit in summer and winter extends the product's useful season and appeals to value-conscious buyers.
We work with three hides. Full-grain cowhide at 1.2–1.4mm is the standard for CE Level AA and AAA suits: the highest abrasion resistance and the most predictable test results. Goatskin is lighter and naturally supple with a tight grain, which makes it a strong choice for stretch-critical zones and for riders who want a suit that breaks in fast. Sheep leather gives the softest hand and lowest weight and is used for lining-side panels, gussets and lifestyle-oriented suits where feel matters more than circuit-level abrasion.
All three are sourced from Punjab tanneries, chrome-tanned, REACH-compliant and batch-tested for thickness and tear strength before cutting. Tell us the market and protection level you are targeting and we will specify the hide mix for each panel.
All suits are produced under full private label. Available customization includes race number panel positions, team/sponsor embroidery zones, custom interior lining print, aerodynamic hump specification, velcro boot cuff system, and all hardware in brand-specified colors. Our two-piece suits at CE Level AA and AAA are appropriate for road, motorway, and sport touring. The CE level is specified at the briefing stage and governs the construction, materials, and testing required.
Yes. We produce custom team suits with agreed colorways, sponsor logos, race number panels, and size runs. Minimum quantities for team suits are lower than for commercial brand production — contact us with the team's size run and specification for a quote. Lead time from approved sample is 4–6 weeks.
A race suit is a one-piece garment in full-grain cowhide, goatskin or sheep leather, built to CE Level AAA requirements, with a pre-curved racing position pattern, external CE Level 2 back protector, and reinforced abrasion zones. A touring suit is a two-piece (jacket + pants) with a zip-to-join system, designed for the ergonomic comfort of road riding rather than a tuck position. Both can be produced with similar visual aesthetics.
Yes. We produce back humps in leather or synthetic shell with foam internal structure. The hump can accommodate a CE Level 2 back protector internally. Hump shape (road-style or aggressive race-profile) and size are specified at the design stage. Velcro attachment (removable) and stitched attachment (permanent) are both available.
