Private label is a term used loosely in the industry. At AJSAMCO, it means that the product we produce is legally, visually, and commercially yours from the moment it is packed. There is no AJSAMCO reference anywhere on the finished product, in the packaging, or in the documentation supplied with the shipment (unless you specifically request it for your supply chain records).
The Declaration of Conformity — the legal CE certification document — is issued with your brand's name as the manufacturer or EU Authorised Representative. The notified body test reports reference your brand's product reference numbers, not ours. Your CE certificate is yours to hold, renew, and use across future production runs.
We do not share client brand names publicly. We do not reference you in our marketing materials, social media, or trade show presence without written consent. We do not exhibit finished products carrying your brand identity without your permission. Our production floor is not accessible to competing brand clients without controlled, accompanied visits.
Non-disclosure agreements are available for brands that require them. Most of our brand relationships operate on mutual trust built over years of consistent delivery — a formal NDA is available but not always necessary. We are comfortable signing one where you require it.
Beginning a private label program with AJSAMCO follows the same process as any new production order: specification review, material confirmation, pre-production sample, sample approval, and bulk production. The private label elements — labels, hangtags, packaging — are confirmed at the specification stage and supplied to our production team before bulk production begins.

No. Under our standard private label agreement, there is no AJSAMCO branding on any finished product, packaging, or documentation visible to your end customers. The CE Declaration of Conformity — a legal document that must be available to market surveillance authorities — will reference AJSAMCO as the manufacturer in the technical file, but the publicly visible CE label on the garment carries only your brand's identity and CE information.
Yes. CE certification test reports and the Declaration of Conformity are issued referencing your product name and reference number. The notified body certification records the garment under your brand's product reference. If you need an EU Authorised Representative to hold the DoC for the EU market, we can recommend AUR service providers — the AUR signs the DoC in the EU, and you retain the technical file.
No. We do not require long-term supply agreements. Most brands begin with a trial order of one or two styles to verify quality and fit before committing to seasonal production. We encourage this approach — it is the right way to start a manufacturing relationship, and it means both sides are proceeding based on demonstrated performance rather than contractual obligation alone.
Yes. We welcome pre-order factory visits from prospective brand clients. Visits are arranged by appointment and include a production floor tour, quality control demonstration, and meeting with our technical and commercial teams.
