AJSAMCO Industries is a motorcycle apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We produce CE and UKCA ready jackets, suits, gloves, pants, and vests for private-label brands across the USA, UK, and Europe.
AJSAMCO Industries was founded in 2013 with a single purpose: to give international motorcycle apparel brands access to genuinely premium manufacturing at the source. Our facility is in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan — the city that has supplied the world's finest sports goods for over a century.
We are not a trading house or an intermediary. We are the manufacturer. Our skilled workforce produces every item in-house, from cutting and stitching to armor insertion, finishing, and final quality inspection.
Every motorcycle jacket, suit, glove, and pant we produce is manufactured to EN 17092 (jackets, suits, pants) and EN 13594 (gloves) — the technical standards that underpin CE and UKCA certification. We produce at three protection levels: Single A, Double A, and Triple A (AAA). The CE or UKCA mark is obtained by your brand via a Notified Body; we prepare the full technical construction file and support that process. The Declaration of Conformity is issued under your brand name.
Every product we ship carries your brand's identity, not ours. We produce under full private label terms: your woven labels, your printed care labels, your hangtags, your branded polybag or outer carton. There is no AJSAMCO branding on any outgoing product unless you explicitly request it.
We operate a multi-stage quality control process that runs from raw material inspection through to final packing. Incoming leather and fabric is checked for weight, stretch, and abrasion resistance before it enters production. Cut panels are inspected before stitching. Assembled garments pass through stitch inspection, seam strength testing, and final visual inspection before packing.
The process of starting production with AJSAMCO is straightforward. You share your technical specification sheet — material, construction, color, hardware, and certification level required. We review it and confirm feasibility within 3–5 business days. Pre-production samples are produced within 2–3 weeks. Bulk production begins after sample approval, with a lead time of 4–8 weeks depending on order volume.
