Our leather club vest is the foundational product in this category. Constructed in split-grain cowhide leather at 1.0–1.2mm, the classic cut features a straight front edge, reinforced patch panel at back and chest, multiple snap-close pockets, and a lace-up side adjustment. Conceal-carry internal pocket available as an option, constructed to retain a holster securely during riding.
Back patch panel: stitched-in panel in complementary leather or canvas, sized to standard club-cut back patch dimensions (full back, center patch, and rocker). Panel material and color are specified at the order stage. We do not require clubs to pre-source their patches — we supply the vest with the panel ready, and the club installs their patches on receipt.
Available in classic black, brown, and tan, as well as custom dye colors with minimum order quantities. Distressed, oiled, and waxed leather finishes are available. Sizing from XS through 5XL with half-size increments available for custom runs.
Our touring waistcoat is a more structured product than the club vest: heavier leather construction (1.2–1.4mm full-grain), insulated inner panel for warmth at speed, and a full-length front zip rather than snap buttons. This style is popular with touring brands, adventure brands, and lifestyle labels targeting the 35+ riding segment.
Customization options include quilted or leather-panel back, branded lining print, external pockets with waterproof zip, and CE back-protector pocket (pocket only — protector supplied separately by the brand or end-user). The waistcoat silhouette is also available in Cordura for brands wanting a lighter-weight, more technical aesthetic.
Mesh riding vests for summer use are constructed in open-weave textile with solid panels at the front closure and pocket areas. These are the lightest product in our vest range — primarily used as wind-cheater layers, visibility layers, or as reflective over-garments. Custom high-vis panels, reflective tape, and branded chest logos are all available.
Mesh vests are popular for brands targeting urban couriers, delivery riders, and motorcycle club members who want branded outer wear that works over a jacket. CE certification is not standard on vest styles but can be included where back-protector pockets and panel construction make it appropriate.

Yes. Our conceal-carry pocket is constructed in the interior of the vest at left-chest position, sized to accommodate a holster up to size XL. The pocket closes with a silent velcro strip and is designed to retain the holster during normal riding and in the event of a dismount. This is available as an option on all leather vest styles.
Standard club vests are produced in split-grain cowhide at 1.0–1.2mm. This leather is durable, breaks in well with wear, and accepts surface treatments including distressing, oil finishing, and wax coating. Full-grain cowhide at 1.2–1.4mm is available as an upgrade — heavier, more durable, and more expensive — for clubs wanting a premium product.
Yes. Custom leather dye colors are available with minimum quantities. Standard colors (black, brown, dark brown, tan) are available without a color minimum. Custom colors (burgundy, navy, forest green, etc.) require a minimum of 50 units in the custom color to cover the dye batch cost. Pantone references or physical color samples can be matched.
